I provide a welcoming environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings and put a strong focus on building a therapeutic relationship with clients to support their healing process. I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard and understood.
I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients manage and overcome their struggles as well as having a creative approach for those who struggle to find the words to describe their experiences and emotions. As well as this, I have specialised experience working with the military community and their unique challenges and needs.
Past, Present & Future
We can work through childhood trauma and neglect to heal and move forward in life. With a focus on reducing stress and pain through effective coping strategies and self-care techniques, we can build stronger and healthier relationships with loved ones, friends, and colleagues.
I am passionate about helping people. With this in mind, there is no one-size-fits-all to counselling or therapy which is why I speak with each of my clients in depth to help build mutual respect and trust. I will always do what's best for my client.

Depression and anxiety can come into our lives unexpectedly and present themselves in different ways. Both can feel paralysing.
The connection between our mind and body has always fascinated me. Understanding how our nervous system functions and finding ways to regulate it can significantly improve our overall well-being.
As well as in-person counselling in Bromley, I also hold EFT Tapping sessions which literally allow my clients to tap into their inner strength and resilience. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) stimulates acupressure points and helps to relieve anxiety. Whilst tapping, this is a good time to focus on traumatic events or things that may be causing trauma for you in the present day. It is an “evidence-based” practice for anxiety, depression, phobias, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Alongside the mental benefits, EFT Tapping when paired with intentional breathwork also helps to regulate the nervous system.
Life can be challenging, and reaching out for help is not always easy. That's why my approach is warm, empathic, and non-judgmental.
